Fit and Fudgey banana muffins
If you are craving chocolate but don't want to "break the bank" when it comes to calories, these are the chocolate muffins for you. They are moist, chewy, totally chocolatey and under 125 calories each. Let me know if these little babies satisfied your sweet tooth. Send me your comments!

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 10-12 muffin tins with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix together the wet ingredients. I used a stand mixer.
  4. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add Chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes. I baked for 20 minutes as I like them moist and chewy.
