  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Spread oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds onto baking sheet. Bake until oats and nuts are golden and fragrant, about 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer above to large bowl and fruit. Toss to combine.
  4. In a small saucepan, cook almond butter, sugar, honey, vanilla and a pinch of salt over medium heat until combined and bubbling.
  5. Immediately pour hot mixture over dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  6. Transfer to an 8x8 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Fatten with hand and then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
