Pre-heat oven to 375. spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix the chicken, diced tomatoes, half of the enchilada sauce, salsa, seasoning, cream cheese, corn and black beans. Combine.
pour the remaining enchilada sauce into a shallow bowl. Dip tortillas into sauce and lay on bottom of baking dish. Put some of the mixture over the sauce, spreading evenly. Repeat another layer of tortillas and then mixture. End with tortillas.
Top with cheese and put into oven and bake for 30 min. or until bubbly. Enjoy!
